Requirements:
7+ years of experience in Account Management, Customer Success, Risk Management, or Solutions Architecture within B2B SaaS. Understanding of how customers integrate APIs. Domain experience in compliance, fintech, or AML/KYC. Strong analytical skills and proficiency in business intelligence tools. Ability to translate complex strategies into actionable processes. Strong relationship building and collaboration skills. Strong presentation skills for virtual and in-person meetings. Previous customer-facing experience, preferably with a technical product. Exceptional project management skills.
Responsibilities:
Be the primary point of contact for customers, addressing day-to-day and strategic issues. Maximize customer ROI by building a thorough understanding of product, technology, and strategy. Translate complex product and technology problems into simple, actionable solutions. Advise on best practices relating to fraud and compliance. Build, monitor, and communicate KPIs to clients. Provide strategic analysis for long-term expansion. Collaborate with risk analytics teams to solve new fraud typologies and communicate findings to customers.
