Requirements:
- At least 5 years of experience in a Corporate, In-house, or Contract environment.
- Strong legal background or a BA in a related field.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Capacity to conduct legal research and provide analytical insights.

- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Diplomatic, approachable, with excellent business and personal judgment.
- Ability to manage competing demands in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:
- Review, analyze, redline, draft, and negotiate a wide range of commercial and corporate agreements.
- Manage the full contract lifecycle from initiation to termination.
- Support various standard EoR/AoR/Employment and commercial contracts, addressing queries with moderate complexity.
- Risk Assessment: Identify and evaluate potential risks associated with contractual terms, ensuring they align with the company’s risk appetite and are fair and reasonable.
- Provide accurate, relevant, and timely legal advice on topics like fintech, labor laws, corporate matters, etc.
- Assist in the review and negotiation of client and vendor agreements, contributing to internal compliance initiatives.
- Maintain accurate contract databases and documentation.
- Ensure all business practices comply with relevant laws and regulations.
- Provide proactive day-to-day employment law counsel, helping resolve HR and legal employment issues.
- Assist with a variety of other legal matters and projects as they arise.
