• Knowledge of PHP
• 2+ years managing system architecture
• Strong technical leadership and communication skills
• Experience managing a remote engineering team

Responsibilities:

• Manage and hire in-house SREs and contractor resources
• Handle and prioritize incidents
• Establish and manage key metrics for reliability
• Automate tasks and manage infrastructure using IaC tools
• Design and implement fault-tolerant systems
• Conduct capacity planning and disaster recovery testing
• Ensure application security and regular penetration testing
