Technical Lead - Fintech

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. 3+ Years Tech Leadership experience predominantly in building / Architecting resilient and scalable platforms or systems. Proven experience as a Tech Lead or Senior Tech Lead. Strong knowledge of Node.js or Python. Experience in designing database schemas and queries. Experience with streaming data tools such as Kafka. Solid understanding of GraphQL API design principles. Solid understanding of microservices architecture. Solid understanding of distributed systems. Proficiency in building Cloud Native Distributed systems in AWS or GCP. Excellent problem-solving skills. Prior Experience in building Underwriting/Risk or Credit decision platforms would be a bonus.

Design and develop Nivoda Credit Risk and Transaction Monitoring Platforms. Lead technical decisions, projects, and roadmaps within the Capital Risk Team. Shape and own Nivoda Capital Tech solutions for managing and serving Credit Risk policy. Provide technical leadership and mentorship to developers. Collaborate with product managers, architects, and stakeholders. Ensure adherence to best practices, coding standards, and quality guidelines. Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues. Stay up to date on emerging technologies and industry trends.
