Requirements:
  • Minimum of 10+ years of senior sales experience and leadership
  • Minimum 5+years of HCP experience within the supplement industry for a well-known supplement brand.
  • Experience of HCP channels must be current, ideally working in the HCP channel today.
  • Proven success of building the HCP channel for a supplement brand nationally.
  • Experience of setting up and working with Fullscript
  • Direct-to-practitioner sales, in depth knowledge of supplements, and familiarity with e-commerce platforms like Shopify and Amazon.
  • Proven success of exceeding sales targets, with a demonstrated ability to grow new business channels.
  • Strong understanding of the healthcare ecosystem, including HCP sales strategies and customer dynamics.
  • Exceptional leadership skills with experience in building and managing high-performing teams.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Familiarity with healthcare regulations and compliance specific to sales activities
Responsibilities:
  • Work with the CEO on a detailed launch plan for the dietary supplement and dermatology arms of the US HCP Market
  • Develop and implement a scalable, data-driven sales strategy to effectively penetrate and grow the HCP market.
  • Set ambitious revenue targets and ensure alignment with overall company goals, monitoring progress regularly to achieve or exceed objectives.
  • Conduct thorough analysis of market trends, customer needs, and competitive landscapes to identify opportunities for growth and innovation.
  • Build a robust sales pipeline to expand our footprint within practitioner networks.
  • Identify and pursue new opportunities to expand practitioner partnerships and our reach within the HCP channel.
  • Lead initiatives to increase product adoption in diverse healthcare settings, including clinics and private practices.
  • Cultivate strong, long-term relationships with healthcare practitioners, clinics, and associated stakeholders.
  • Act as the voice of the customer, gathering actionable feedback to improve products and services.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for key accounts, addressing needs and driving loyalty through personalized engagement.
  • Leverage CRM systems and analytics tools to track sales performance, identify trends, and optimize strategies.
  • Manage budgets, forecast sales, and ensure cost-effective operations.
  • Work closely with brand, growth, and product teams to align sales strategies with company initiatives and goals.
  • Ensure all sales activities adhere to healthcare regulations and compliance standards.
  • Establish clear objectives, KPIs, and development plans for team members, ensuring alignment with broader organizational goals.
  • Provide ongoing training and mentorship to enhance team capabilities and ensure best practices are consistently applied.
