Requirements:
  • An active clinical therapist or psychologist license (LCSW, LMFT, LMHC, PsyD, PhD, etc.) allowing you to provide unsupervised mental health therapy services.

  • Utilize between-session messaging to support patients and communicate with the treatment team through Equip’s EMR in accordance with Equip’s policies and procedures.
  • Engage and collaborate in Treatment Team meetings, supervision, and department meetings.
  • Maintain licensure in home state and obtain licensure in other states as requested by Equip (licensure costs will be covered by Equip).

  • Ensure that your calendar availability is accurate and up to date.
  • Keep communication open with Tava’s medical staff including psychiatrists and nurse practitioners to coordinate care for patients who are also being prescribed medication.
