Supply Chain Planner Andean

Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Logistics, Science, Engineering or related field. 3-5 years of experience in supply chain planning, preferably in the agricultural or chemical industry. Advanced verbal and written English skills. Proficiency in supply chain planning skills, system knowledge of SAP and APO systems. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Knowledge of crop protection products and agricultural markets is a plus. Good knowledge of manufacturing processes. Cross-functional knowledge with emphasis on Sales and Marketing.

Planning analyzing a 3 to 36 months horizon aligned with Syngenta’s marketing strategy. Create and maintain balanced supply-demand plans for a 24 months operational horizon. Analyze and proactively communicate through systems to enable optimized business decisions. Manage inventory forecasting, control, capacity headroom, and allocation processes. Develop personal planning skills for business decision making. Ensure all planning processes operate against MRPII philosophies. Guarantee planning to achieve planning KPIs.
