- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field (Master’s degree preferred)
- At least four years of HR experience, with a focus on employee relations, performance management and policy implementation
- Strong knowledge of local Macedonian employment laws and regulations across regions (experience in Europe and/or Latin America is a plus)
- Proficiency in managing HRIS systems and handling confidential employee data
- Proven ability to build strong relationships with employees and managers at all levels
- Excellent communication, problem-solving and conflict-resolution skills
- Experience designing and delivering training and development programs
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, global environment
- A proactive mindset with a commitment to fostering a positive workplace culture
- Act as the primary point of contact for managers and employees, addressing and resolving HR-related inquiries and issues.
- Provide guidance and coaching to managers on HR matters, aligning with best practices and company policies.
- Support the performance management process, including goal setting, performance reviews and development planning.
- Handle employee-relations matters, conducting investigations and resolving issues in a fair, consistent and timely manner.
- Ensure compliance with local employment laws and regulations while assisting in the development, implementation, and communication of HR policies and procedures.
- Assist in processing salary changes and promotion requests, ensuring accurate documentation, compliance and timely communication with stakeholders.
- Oversee new-hire orientations, coordinate ongoing employee training and development programs, and manage the offboarding process, including exit interviews and identifying insights for organizational improvement.
- Manage the HRIS, ensuring employee data is accurate, up-to-date, and handled with confidentiality.
- Lead and participate in global HR projects and initiatives to enhance HR service delivery and the employee experience.
- Develop and implement global strategies to enhance employee retention and job satisfaction while supporting the creation and execution of employee recognition and rewards programs.
- Conduct regular check-ins and stay interviews to understand employee needs and concerns.
- Foster a positive and inclusive workplace culture through targeted initiatives and programs.
