Requirements:

• A minimum of 8 years’ experience managing a B2B corporate website, preferably using a CMS like HubSpot.
• Strong accountability and ability to manage programs and communicate results.
• Project management and cross-functional team collaboration skills.
• Strong analytical abilities to interpret data for actionable website optimization.
• Excellent organizational skills to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
• Knowledge of design, UX, and conversion rate optimization processes.
• Experience with chatbot technologies and web performance tools.
• Basic proficiency in front-end development (HTML, CSS, JavaScript).

Responsibilities:

• Own the strategic vision of web projects including design, development, and optimization.
• Facilitate collaborative website development managing inputs from various stakeholders.
• Increase website traffic and engagement through timely site updates.
• Lead information architecture enhancements and ensure content consistency.
• Manage content updates, including application of SEO best practices.
• Generate designs and workflows for ongoing content and user experience improvement.
• Create and optimize landing pages to maximize conversion.
• Develop an understanding of buyer digital journeys for personalized experiences.
• Track KPIs and UX metrics to improve user experience and business results.
• Monitor and report on website performance, applying analytics for decision-making.
• Oversee day-to-day website maintenance and troubleshoot technical issues.
