Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business, Data Analytics, or related field.

- Strong proficiency in data storage & analysis tools such as BigQuery, Excel, SQL, and visualization tools like Tableau or Power BI.
- Experience with marketing automation platforms like Marketo, HubSpot, Eloqua, or Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
- Familiarity with customer segmentation and data-driven marketing techniques.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills to turn data into actionable insights.
- Strong communication skills to present findings to various stakeholders.
- Experience with A/B testing and conversion rate optimization.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct in-depth analyses of the customer lifecycle to identify patterns, behaviors, and opportunities for improvement.
- Track and report on the effectiveness of lifecycle marketing campaigns across various channels.
- Develop and refine customer segments to deliver personalized marketing messages.
- Design and execute A/B tests to assess different marketing strategies.
- Analyze large datasets to uncover actionable insights for marketing strategies.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to align marketing efforts with business goals.
- Help develop and implement retention analytics to increase customer lifetime value and reduce churn.
- Assist in developing automated workflows and personalized marketing strategies.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in lifecycle marketing.
