Requirements:

• 5+ years of experience in data science or advanced analytics, with a focus on B2C industries, preferably in tech, blockchain, or fintech.
• Proven expertise in segmentation, predictive modeling, and retention strategies within digital marketing channels in the context of DeFi and blockchain.
• In-depth experience with Media Mix Modeling (MMM), data-driven attribution, customer lifetime value (LTV) prediction, and recommendation systems.
• Proficiency in using statistical modeling tools and languages like Python, R, SQL, and data visualization platforms such as Tableau or Power BI.
• Experience in building and maintaining reporting systems that communicate marketing channel performance.
• Familiarity with AI-powered tools and their integration into marketing strategies.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to provide clear, actionable recommendations.

Responsibilities:

• Partner with stakeholders to frame business challenges and develop data models for acquisition and retention strategies.
• Design and implement predictive models and marketing frameworks, analyzing customer cohorts for KPIs such as LTV, CAC, and churn.
• Guide marketing strategies and budget allocation across digital channels emphasizing performance in DeFi.
• Build and maintain reporting tools to monitor marketing campaign performance including attribution and media mix models.
• Integrate advanced techniques like Media Mix Modeling (MMM) into marketing analytics.
• Enhance marketing efforts using third-party data and AI-powered prediction engines.
• Measure and analyze impact of brand campaigns against long-term company goals.
