Requirements:

• 5+ years’ experience in software and SaaS customer contract management and negotiation.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Experience using and navigating CRM database systems such as Salesforce, NetSuite, or D365.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in contract management software and tools.
• Familiarity with software and hardware corporate revenue recognition issues.
