Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in business, International Trade, or related field.
• 5-7 years of experience in U.S. and global trade compliance and OFAC regulations.
• Strong knowledge of U.S. and international trade laws, sanctions, and export controls.
• Must be able to work a flexible schedule for meetings across time zones.
• Proficiency in compliance management tools and regulatory technologies.

Responsibilities:

• Create, maintain, and update program documentation for global and OFAC compliance initiatives.
• Oversee implementation of compliance action plans and ensure alignment with corporate policies.
• Conduct comprehensive risk analyses to identify vulnerabilities in global operations.
• Develop and standardize SOPs for global operations and the OFAC compliance program.
• Design and deliver tailored compliance training programs.
• Foster awareness of U.S. and global trade laws and OFAC sanctions.
• Prepare detailed reports for senior leadership and regulatory authorities.
• Define strategy and review OFAC administrative subpoena responses.
• Liaise with local teams to integrate compliance into regional operations.
• Provide ongoing advice regarding compliance risks.
• Interact with Senior Management about sanctions trends and enhancements.
• Design and maintain best practices in Sanctions Compliance.
• Mentor the export compliance team on OFAC and trade compliance matters.
