Requirements:

• Primary English teaching experience in Australia.
• Tertiary qualification in Education and/or Teaching.
• Experience in English assessment writing (digital and/or paper-based) with item-writing methodology.
• Strong analytical skills to accurately map and interpret English curriculum points.
• Genuine interest in Literacy pedagogy and best practices.
• Commitment to giving and receiving feedback.
• Impeccable attention to detail.

Responsibilities:

• Write original Literacy assessment materials for Levels 2-8, ensuring adherence to content quality standards.
• Engage in editorial processes, including detailed pre- and post-production feedback cycles.
• Review and map the Australian Curriculum and other syllabi to Essential Assessment Literacy content.
