Accountant

5 years of accounting, analysis, and reporting experience at a small to medium company ($50 million + in annual revenues), including journal entries Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance Ability to understand accounting entries, make accruals, and reclasses Ability to help cfo get first-time audit ready Ability to work with large data sets to answer questions and provide analysis Ability to keep small details from slipping through the cracks Advanced time management and organization skills Strong written communication skills (particularly the ability to write clear, playful emails) Ability to manage and optimize processes and systems Comfort juggling many tasks, projects, and relationships at once An eagerness and skill in giving and receiving feedback Proficient in mac ios, microsoft office, google suite, advanced or intermediate user of excel Genuine care for humans Knowledge of quickbooks online, ramp, and/or purchase accounting a plus.
