• 15+ years of relevant experience in learning strategy and execution for leadership and employee development.
• Expertise in learning design and adult learning methodologies.
• Experience in leadership development and learning technology, including AI and ML.
• Strong people management experience in a remote/hybrid context.
• Experience in analytics to inform strategy and decision-making.

Responsibilities:

• Partner with key stakeholders to identify skill gaps and influence talent strategy.
• Craft and execute leadership development programs and curricula.
• Pilot learning innovations to enhance learning experiences.
• Manage a team responsible for various learning programs and ensure optimal employee experience.
• Measure ROI and impact across all learning initiatives.
