Requirements:

• 3+ years of experience as a recruiter
• Proficiency in JobDiva ATS (must-have)
• Expert-level LinkedIn and automation tools usage
• Experience with Chrome extensions for recruiting (strong plus)
• Knowledge of AI and OSINT tools to source candidates
• Ability to work full-time during EST or PST business hours
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
• Strong computer skills and fast, stable internet connection
• Dual monitor setup preferred

Responsibilities:

• Source, screen, and submit qualified candidates for client job openings
• Utilize JobDiva, LinkedIn, and other recruitment tools to identify potential candidates
• Submit at least two qualified resumes to clients daily
• Maintain consistent communication with candidates and hiring managers
• Work during assigned EST or PST shift hours
