Requirements:

• 7-10 years of experience in data architecture, database management, or data warehousing.
• 3-5 years of leadership experience.
• Bachelor’s degree (MBA/MIS preferred).
• Expertise in SQL, data modeling, reporting, and ETL processes.
• Knowledge of databases like Snowflake, Redis, MongoDB Atlas, and MemSQL.
• Proven skills in data mapping, analysis, and quality management.
• Solid proficiency in reporting tools, data visualization, and actionable analytics.
• Familiarity with Salesforce dashboards and analytics apps preferred.
• Remarkable analytical skills and the ability to translate data into meaningful insights.
• Experience with data governance and performance measurement tools.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement a MDM strategy to ensure data quality, integrity, and ownership organization-wide.
• Design and manage a scalable data architecture framework to support data integration, storage, and reporting needs.
• Create and uphold data governance policies and best practices across all business units.
• Lead data cleanup, automation, and integration initiatives to optimize processes.
• Oversee data quality management to ensure accurate reliable data for operations and decision-making.
• Collaborate with business users and stakeholders to translate business requirements into functional and non-functional BI specifications.
• Design and maintain data warehouses, marts, and analytical structures for reporting and BI applications.
• Develop and enhance reporting tools and visualizations to drive business insights.
• Maintain thorough documentation, including data dictionaries, processes, and project plans.
• Stay ahead of industry trends to align data solutions with evolving business objectives.
