Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Cybersecurity, or a related field; a master's degree is preferred.
• 10+ years of experience in cybersecurity, with at least 5 years in program or project management.
• Demonstrated ability to drive strategic initiatives and manage the cybersecurity roadmap.
• Proven experience in managing large-scale cybersecurity projects in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong knowledge of cybersecurity frameworks, standards, and best practices (e.g., NIST, ISO 27001).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities:

• Assist the CISO in developing comprehensive cybersecurity strategies, policies, and procedures.
• Drive the development, execution, monitoring and communication of the cybersecurity program and strategic roadmap.
• Design, implement, and maintain cybersecurity policies and procedures.
• Translate technical cybersecurity requirements into clear, actionable policies.
• Manage multi-functional team coordination, benefit/cost analysis, vendor selection, and oversight.
• Coordinate with various internal departments for successful project rollout.
• Present cybersecurity program status reports to senior management.
• Ensure project-defined deliverables are quality reviewed and provided on time.
• Develop effective processes with external stakeholders.
• Maintain a current understanding of industry trends and emerging cyber threats.
• Align the cybersecurity program with business objectives and values.
• Oversee the design and implementation of security controls to protect sensitive data.
• Ensure compliance with relevant cybersecurity regulations and best practices.
