Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture from an accredited program.
• Licensed Architect.
• Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in residential architecture, focusing on interior remodeling, additions, and renovations.
• Strong proficiency in AutoCAD; additional skills in rendering software (e.g., SketchUp, Revit) are a plus.
• Extensive knowledge of wood-framed construction methods and materials.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Amenable to work on a night-shift schedule.

Responsibilities:

• Lead the architectural design of high-end residential projects, ensuring innovative, functional, and aesthetically pleasing solutions.
• Develop design concepts, detailed plans, and 3D renderings to effectively communicate ideas to clients and stakeholders.
• Produce and oversee design development (DD) and construction documentation (CD) for residential projects.
• Collaborate with engineers, contractors, and consultants to ensure designs align with structural, mechanical, and electrical requirements.
• Design and detail wood-framed structures, ensuring compliance with building codes and industry standards.
• Coordinate with contractors and project teams throughout all project phases, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to quality standards.
