Develop internal processes and documentation to support development projects and the transition to production. Create, implement, and plan documentation, online help screens, policies, and procedures. Interpret system requirements documents and translate the information into end-user documentation. Collaborate with Education personnel, Systems Development personnel, and subject-matter experts to create documentation. Analyze impacts of system changes and enhancements and document them. Review and propose modifications to current documentation formats. Assess and modify documented processes and procedures.
