Requirements:
  • 3-5 years of Growth experience in a leading consumer technology, FMCG, Media, or E-commerce sector.
  • Strong analytical skills and comfort with complex business challenges.
  • Proficiency with analytical tools (Looker, PowerBI, SQL, etc.) is a plus.
  • Proven track record of delivering business growth and executing integrated marketing campaigns.

  • Lead local marketing execution and optimize content.
  • Understand local media landscape for user base growth.
  • Identify and execute local partnerships for brand awareness.
  • Apply expertise in quantitative analysis to understand user interactions.
  • Conduct qualitative analysis with the Customer Research team.
  • Track market dynamics and gather industry intelligence.
  • Manage country marketing budget and track growth metrics.
  • Work cross-functionally with HQ Growth teams.
  • Lead execution of cross-functional growth initiatives.
  • Define and analyze metrics for success.
  • Compile reports on marketing performance.
  • Establish relationships with partners and media agencies.
