Responsibilities:
- Proactively manage and grow a portfolio of assigned Majors Account level clients.
- Close new and expansion business on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis.
- Manage customer relationships and ensure deadlines and deliverables are met.
- Develop relationships with C-level and decision-makers to align with customer objectives.
- Develop pipeline through high-level outreach and understanding of customer needs.
- Maintain accurate forecasts and report on new and expansion opportunities.
- Organize and deliver executive presentations and proposals.
- Leverage Executive Briefing Center for account support.
