Requirements:
- Minimum of 5-8 years of experience & understanding of SMS as a marketing channel.
- Strong product marketing portfolio and experience with senior stakeholders.
- Strong executive presence and comfort with ambiguity.
- Deep understanding of the MarTech industry and market dynamics.
- Ability to think strategically and execute methodically.
- Aptitude for technical language and a quantitative, analytical mindset.
Responsibilities:
- Spearhead GTM launches for all products & features within the SMS portfolio.
- Drive adoption of SMS channel usage and new features within the customer base.
- Influence upstream product roadmap decision-making in partnership with PM.
- Orchestrate the cross-functional GTM motion to drive SMS revenue.
- Act as SME for SMS and own internal knowledge goals.
- Gather customer/market needs and gaps to facilitate growth.
- Drive strategic storytelling and provide best practices content.
