Accounts Receivable Specialist (Remote)

Requirements:

• Proficient in NetSuite, especially in billing, accounts receivable, and financial reporting modules
• Knowledge of billing cycles, revenue recognition principles, and invoice management
• Ability to maintain high standards of accuracy and data integrity
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to analyze billing data, identify discrepancies, and provide actionable insights
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines
• Strong troubleshooting skills for resolving billing issues
• Experience in a Remote or WFH setting
• Bilingual is a plus

Responsibilities:

• A/R Reconciliation and payment application
• Collections experience
• Ensure accurate and timely data entry of Accounts Receivable invoices into client portals
• Review Contracts and project setup with thorough attention to detail
• Reviewing and approving Expense Reports per policy for billing
• Onboarding new clients including sharing tax and payment information
• Reconcile hours for invoicing
• Maintain billing-related data integrity within NetSuite
• Provide billing information and support for smooth service delivery and invoicing
• Serve as the primary point of contact for billing-related inquiries
• Work with finance and IT teams to optimize billing workflows
