Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree is required.
• Master’s degree in business analytics is preferred.
• 8 years or more of experience in analytics design, implementation, and data transformation.
• Healthcare industry experience is highly preferred.
• Experience managing client and stakeholder relationships in the consulting industry.
• Strong project management skills with resource assessment capabilities.
• Expertise in Alteryx, Tableau, SQL, and cloud technologies.
• Experience with robotic process automation and tools like UIPath is an asset.
• Understanding of ERP system data architecture.

Responsibilities:

• Working alongside senior consultants designing practical analytics solutions on established software tools.
• Working with large data sets and converting them into user-friendly reports.
• Implementing business process solutions and developing dashboards.
• Leading and mentoring junior analysts in data analytic solutions.
• Providing timely updates and discussing solutions with C-suite leaders.
• Managing multiple engagements with tight deadlines.
• Working with clients to discuss needs and prepare RFP responses.
