Requirements:
  • 5 years minimum account management and customer service experience.
  • Entrepreneurial approach to working in a small team.

Responsibilities:
  • Manage existing and newly onboarded Sprintax Returns clients.
  • Address day-to-day questions from partners and their clients.
  • Oversee the annual invoice renewal processes and monitor code usage.
  • Identify upselling opportunities and drive client participation in marketing programs.
  • Collaborate with sales and marketing teams on webinars and marketing plans.
  • Manage accounts and invoicing via HubSpot.
