Responsibilities:

• Provide client service deliverables including configuration, auditing, and reporting within the Decision Support solution.
• Maintain the business in partnership with the sales and client experience management teams.
• Provide recommendations on cost model design and reporting.
• Support and drive Decision Support tool adoption.
• Identify growth areas and implement cost model efficiency projects.
• Mentor junior team members in cost accounting and healthcare finance.
