Requirements:

• Experience using SQL or relational database concepts.
• 3+ years of full-time experience.
• Experience with ERP systems containing finance applications functionality (e.g., Lawson/Infor, SAP, PeopleSoft, Oracle).
• Strong experience with financial modeling, financial statement analysis, and financial reporting.
• Advanced Excel skills (e.g., Pivot Tables, VLOOKUPs, IF Statements).
• Moderate to advanced experience in finance or consulting within the healthcare industry.
• Experience in implementing and configuring software.

Responsibilities:

• Implement significant components of StrataJazz®, focusing on Capital Planning, Operational Budgeting, and Performance Management.
• Configure user requirements, validate functionality, develop complex financial models, build reports, and test software features.
• Define business and technical requirements in partnership with customers, providing best practices for capital and financial planning.
• Lead customer training on StrataJazz® features and functions.
• Achieve role-specific KPIs related to performance, customer support, and satisfaction.
• Proactively communicate with team members regarding project issues and risks.
• Contribute to operational improvement and strategic growth projects.
• Work in an Agile environment.
