Requirements:
- Experience using SQL or relational database concepts.
- 3+ years of full-time experience.
- Experience with ERP systems containing finance applications functionality (e.g., Lawson/Infor, SAP, PeopleSoft, Oracle).
- Strong experience with financial modeling, financial statement analysis, and financial reporting.
- Advanced Excel skills (e.g., Pivot Tables, VLOOKUPs, IF Statements).
- Moderate to advanced experience in finance or consulting within the healthcare industry.
- Experience in implementing and configuring software.
Responsibilities:
- Implement significant components of StrataJazz®, focusing on Capital Planning, Operational Budgeting, and Performance Management.
- Configure user requirements, validate functionality, develop complex financial models, build reports, and test software features.
- Define business and technical requirements in partnership with customers, providing best practices for capital and financial planning.
- Lead customer training on StrataJazz® features and functions.
- Achieve role-specific KPIs related to performance, customer support, and satisfaction.
- Proactively communicate with team members regarding project issues and risks.
- Contribute to operational improvement and strategic growth projects.
- Work in an Agile environment.
