Requirements:
  • A qualification in Human Resources, Business Administration, Workforce Management, or a related field is preferred.
  • Proven experience in setting up and managing rosters within a large organisation, preferably in the aged care sector.
  • Familiarity with the Humanforce rostering system or similar HRIS/rostering platforms is desirable.
  • Understanding of aged care compliance standards, such as staffing ratios and shift regulations is also desirable.
Responsibilities:
  • Create site-level master rosters for newly acquired facilities based on existing practices.
  • Publish the first fortnightly roster and provide training to site administrators and Humanforce users.
  • Generate site-level master rosters based on Residential Aged Care guidelines.
  • Prepare readable rosters for staff review and consult with them on adjustments.
  • Re-enter approved leave and adjust hours from the Job Standardisation project.
  • Provide training and support for Humanforce users, serving as the first contact for inquiries.
  • Collaborate with IT on system updates and troubleshoot issues.
  • Review and optimize Humanforce functions to align with organizational needs.
  • Create and maintain custom reports within the Humanforce system.
