- Conduct regular performance reviews of programmatic series, provide actionable recommendations for improvement, and ensure programs achieve key goals and ROI targets.
- Work closely with the leadership team to develop proposals, programmatic strategies, and campaigns that address our audience’s needs and our company’s goals.
- Seek out and build effective partnerships with programmatic content contributors both internally and externally.
- Build positive relationships and become a trusted programmatic advisor to drive retention, engagement, and growth through programmatic content.
- Lead forecasting, budgeting, and financial planning for efforts for programmatic content in conjunction with leadership.
- Stay up to date with emerging video and digital marketing trends and identify opportunities to experiment and implement new strategies, channels, and/or tactics.
