Requirements:
- Minimum of 3-5 years in partner management, sales, customer success or a related field.
- Strong partner network of System Integrators, IT resellers, and IT distributors preferred.
- Excellent verbal communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Track record of exceeding sales targets through up- and cross-sell.
- Familiarity with Salesforce CRM and other sales tools.
- Native Dutch speaking and proficiency in English.
- Willingness to travel.
Responsibilities:
- Identify and execute upsell and cross-sell opportunities within existing partner accounts to drive MRR growth.
- Guide new partners through onboarding processes, ensuring they are well-versed in procedures and best practices.
- Conduct QBRs with partners to review past performance, discuss challenges, and plan for future growth.
- Respond to daily inquiries from partners regarding invoices, pricing, and contracts.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with partners, becoming a trusted advisor.
- Coach partners on sales strategies and best practices to enhance their success and alignment with company goals.
- Work closely with the Sales team to leverage partner programs and drive mutual success.
