Requirements:
  • Minimum of 3-5 years in partner management, sales, customer success or a related field.
  • Strong partner network of System Integrators, IT resellers, and IT distributors preferred.
  • Excellent verbal communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Track record of exceeding sales targets through up- and cross-sell.
  • Familiarity with Salesforce CRM and other sales tools.
  • Native Dutch speaking and proficiency in English.
  • Willingness to travel.
Responsibilities:
  • Identify and execute upsell and cross-sell opportunities within existing partner accounts to drive MRR growth.
  • Guide new partners through onboarding processes, ensuring they are well-versed in procedures and best practices.
  • Conduct QBRs with partners to review past performance, discuss challenges, and plan for future growth.
  • Respond to daily inquiries from partners regarding invoices, pricing, and contracts.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with partners, becoming a trusted advisor.
  • Coach partners on sales strategies and best practices to enhance their success and alignment with company goals.
  • Work closely with the Sales team to leverage partner programs and drive mutual success.
