Requirements

- Familiarity with front-end development concepts (HTML, CSS, JavaScript)

- Ability to present and justify design decisions using evidence-based approaches
- Familiarity with project management tools like Jira and Confluence
- Proficiency in design and prototyping tools such as Figma
- Ability to mentor junior designers
- Passion for emerging trends in UX/UI and digital product design
Responsibilities
- Work within a network of teams model
- Lead product teams across multiple projects
- Define UX/UI requirements and size them appropriately
- Create and deliver user experience strategies in simple, inspiring and impactful ways
- Collaborate with multi-discipline teams to bring products to life
- Explore and communicate design concepts using userflows, wireframes, and prototypes
- Run experiments to validate and iterate design concepts
- Act as a design expert for resolving complex user experience and interface design problems
- Strive to set and maintain product design standards and inspire customers
- Proactively share knowledge within the team about the design discipline
