Requirements
- Minimum education of Diploma III.
- Responsible experience managing branch operations.
- Experience leading teams of more than 5-10 members.
- At least 2 years of experience in Micro Finance as a Business Manager/Leader, with preference for Grameen Bank/System Microfinance.
- Ability to develop cooperative Sales & Marketing strategies to meet targets.
- Must have a personal vehicle and valid SIM C.
- Willingness to be stationed at the Parindu branch in West Kalimantan.
Responsibilities
- Ensure the achievement of all branch KPIs within the regional scope.
- Manage branch operations through fulfilling and overseeing human resources.
- Facilitate the successful expansion of areas managed as defined by Amartha.
- Ensure portfolio quality aligns with Amartha's goals and that audit results meet management expectations.
- Uphold principles of transparency within the branch.
