Requirements
- Minimum education level is SMA/SMK.
- Experience handling branch responsibilities.
- Leadership experience with team members.
- A minimum of 2 years in Micro Finance as a Business Manager or Leader, preferably in Grameen Bank or Microfinance institutions.
- Ability to devise Sales & Marketing strategies collaboratively with the team to achieve targets.
- Must possess a personal vehicle and valid SIM C.
- Willing to be placed in Amartha's work area in Bali.
Responsibilities
- Ensuring all Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) of the branch within the regional scope are achieved.
- Managing branch operations within the area by fulfilling and managing human resources.
- Ensuring the expansion of managed areas set by Amartha runs effectively.
- Making sure the portfolio quality aligns with Amartha's objectives and that branch audit results meet management expectations.
- Upholding principles of transparency at the branch.
