• Analytical mindset to develop, implement, and optimize data-driven marketing initiatives.
• A keen eye for new trends, solutions, and improvements.
• Excellent communication skills to engage different stakeholders and drive projects.

Responsibilities:

• Contribute to the development and execution of marketing strategy to increase market share and revenue.
• Create compelling marketing messages and texts to strengthen positioning within the target group.
• Manage effective multichannel campaigns in collaboration with functional marketing teams.
• Plan, manage, and evaluate marketing measures, documenting results and defining best practices.
• Monitor, optimize, and report on marketing measure outcomes focusing on market goals.
• Develop a comprehensive understanding of the target group and market through observation of trends.
