Requirements:

• Proven experience in defining and implementing enterprise/programme-level test strategies
• Ability to collaborate with and influence technical and non-technical stakeholders
• Interface with C-level and senior stakeholders
• Familiarity with modern software development lifecycle processes and methodologies
• Understanding of evolving technology and test techniques
• Previous experience in the retail industry is optional

Responsibilities:

• Working inside managed services for key clients
• Defining enterprise/programme-level test strategy, process, techniques, tools, and environments across various methodologies
• Delivering large test programmes across multiple workstreams and vendors
• Determining and documenting detailed test estimates and strategies for proposals
• Supporting the sales team in the pre-sales process
• Assisting the marketing team in developing marketing materials
• Conducting regular project visits and reviews for delivery assurance
• Leading, guiding, training, and mentoring consultants
