Requirements:

• Proven experience in defining and developing test automation strategies.
• Exposure to web and API test automation tools including CI/CD.
• Hands-on technical design/development experience in various coding languages.
• Understanding of Agile Software Development Lifecycle Processes.
• BDD experience with Cucumber/Specflow or Gherkin exposure.
• Previous experience in the retail industry (optional).

Responsibilities:

• Works autonomously and provides technical advice.
• Leads technical areas within projects to meet goals on time and budget.
• Identifies and recommends automated testing processes and tools.
• Defines automated testing solutions across various technologies.
• Creates Test Automation frameworks and develops automated test suites.
• Leads, guides, trains, and mentors Spike consultants.
