Requirements:
You have at least 4 years of experience in recruiting various profiles, particularly in IT at the international level.
You are fluent in Spanish & English - French or Italian are a big plus but not essential.
You can talk us through your history of filling a variety of positions across different countries (mainly IT), with a multi-channel approach.
You can tell us how you managed expectations of a large group of stakeholders and used data to influence hiring managers and support your decisions.
You can explain how you dealt with a heavy workload without losing your eye for details and compromise on quality or delivery time.
You can talk about how you delivered a consistent and positive candidate experience.
You can demonstrate to have a high focus on diversity.
You can show us your interest in employer branding & recruitment marketing.
Responsibilities:
Lead the entire talent acquisition process from start to finish.
Utilize social media and various networking tools to identify and engage a diverse pool of high-quality candidates.
Ensure a positive candidate experience at every stage of the recruitment journey.
Collaborate with Hiring Managers and HR to devise strategies that attract top-tier talent aligned with business objectives.
Foster strong relationships with both internal and external stakeholders and collaborate effectively with the Talent Management team.
Actively source and engage candidates through social and digital media channels.
Evaluate applicants for open positions and conduct interviews with shortlisted candidates.
Maintain and nurture talent pools while ensuring effective communication with prospective candidates.
Regularly collaborate with department managers to identify hiring needs and implement effective sourcing strategies, positioning yourself as their trusted talent partner.
Manage job requisitions and candidates efficiently within our Applicant Tracking System.
Participate in local and digital employer branding initiatives, including job fairs and campus events alongside colleagues.
