- At least 4+ years in full-cycle recruitment, ideally with experience in the iGaming sector.
- Preferably experienced in hiring for Sales, Account Management, and Executive-level roles.
- Proactive and Professional: You understand recruitment is a mix of sales and strategy and are comfortable with both giving and receiving feedback.
- Excellent communication skills and an approachable personality.
- Comfortable with technical requirements and recruitment automation tools (experience with Ashby, LinkedIn Recruiter, HiBob, etc., is a plus).
- Strong organizational skills with an eye for details.
- At least Upper-Intermediate level or higher.

- Take full responsibility for the candidate's journey, acting as a proactive product owner of your service.
- Identify and hire top talent globally.
- Develop and execute tailored talent acquisition strategies.
- Efficiently identify top talent, review resumes, and pre-screen candidates.
- Represent Playson’s culture and values compellingly to potential hires.
- Cultivate strong relationships with hiring managers and stakeholders, providing expertise in hiring best practices.
- Focus on hiring for Commercial roles such as Sales, Account Managers, and Executive positions.
- Track recruitment metrics and continuously enhance processes for efficiency.
