Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
- 5-8 years of proven experience in account management, sales, or customer success, preferably in renewals.
- Strong understanding of customer renewal processes and strategies.
- Experience leveraging MEDDPICC sales methodology.
- Experience working with channel partners throughout the sales cycle.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to build relationships with key stakeholders.
- Self-motivated with strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Strong analytical skills and experience with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce).
Responsibilities:
- Own the end-to-end renewal sales process for assigned customer accounts.
- Maintain strong relationships with existing customers to ensure satisfaction.
- Partner with customers to understand their needs and provide solutions.
- Manage contract renewals and identify upsell opportunities.
- Collaborate with various teams for seamless account management.
- Track and manage the renewal pipeline for timely renewals.
- Provide accurate renewal forecasts and reports to management.
- Act as a customer advocate to drive product improvements.
