Requirements:

• Previous experience in Banking Operations, ideally in Claims processes such as Garnishment, P-Account, and Insolvency.
• Eager to learn and improve processes.
• Comfortable working both independently and in a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Effective time management and priority-setting skills.
• Fluency in German and English; additional languages like French, Spanish, or Italian are a plus.
• Completed a banking apprenticeship or hold a degree in business studies (Banking & Finance or related field).
• Experience with CRM and issue tracking tools (e.g., Salesforce).
• Proficient in analytics, with knowledge of Excel and Google Sheets; SQL knowledge is beneficial.
• Team player with a strong bias for action.
