• Tech savvy required - experience with Hubspot and Intercom heavily preferred
• Experience identifying where the product can impact the client and upselling
• Experience with cancellation requests and confidently navigating objections
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to proactively identify problems and provide solutions

Responsibilities:

• Core work includes initiative-taking outreach to current customers through outbound calls, chat, and email.
• You will own the first 30 days onboarding new partners.
• Gain deep expertise around Edge’s product and feature offerings and use this knowledge to help our current customers use our product more efficiently and effectively.
• Use your communication and partnership skills for training and retention.
