Requirements:
  • At least 3-5 years in financial analysis and/or accounting.
  • Preference given to those with Quality of Earnings, Management Consulting, Private Equity, or Investment Banking experience.
  • Advanced Excel skills and ability to grasp Finance/Business Intelligence tools quickly and efficiently (NetSuite experience a plus).
  • Bachelor's degree, preferably in Finance or other quantitative-heavy field.
  • Experience in Enterprise software companies, or a demonstrated ability to learn a new industry quickly.
  • Strong analytical skills and great attention to detail.
  • Ability to self-manage and prioritize tasks to effectively meet deadlines.
  • Critical thinking skills that allow you to breakdown problems and execute a successful strategy.
  • Very good communication skills with a service approach to the role.

  • Ability to present complex information in a clear, concise manner.
Responsibilities:
  • Assist with monthly financial closing and reporting process.
  • Proactively identify and recommend cost efficiency and productivity initiatives.
  • Drive the regular forecast and annual budgeting process.
  • Develop, maintain, and improve complex financial models.
  • Provide dynamic and proactive added value analytical service to the C-Suite and Management of the business.
  • Prepare analysis and projections for Annual Recurring Revenue aspects, including maintenance of database.
  • Produce and coordinate executive presentations to senior management and external investors.
  • Serve as a liaison across functions, enabling collaboration and communication.
  • Ensure data quality, integrity, and compliance with internal financial and accounting procedures.
  • Assist with multiple projects and tasks enhancing systems, processes, and providing ad hoc analytics.
  • Lead financial integration of acquisitions.
  • Provide feedback and suggestions to the direction of the FP&A team, function, and deliverables.
  • Serve as backup to the Director of FP&A as needed.
