Requirements:

• 3-7 years’ experience with Sage Intacct accounting software, leading implementations, and end-user training.
• Experience implementing core financial modules of Sage Intacct.
• Sage Intacct certification is required.
• Knowledge of ERP implementation principles, practices, and methodologies.
• Ability to establish productive relationships at all levels.
• Good communication, problem-solving, analytical, and organizational skills.
• Strong desire to contribute as part of a team while being able to work independently.

Responsibilities:

• Provide support to clients by implementing Sage Intacct following a proven methodology.
• Lead, implement, support, and train end users on Sage Intacct software across various modules.
• Assist in pre-sales activities including proposals and presentations.
• Engage in pre-implementation activities such as business requirements planning.
• Maintain knowledge of Sage Intacct functionality and releases.
• Manage the Support Desk for timely client support responses.
• Assist with project documentation, data conversion, and third-party integrations.
