Technical Product Manager (Principal)

Requirements:

• 5+ years of experience in product management.
• 3+ years of experience as a software engineer.
• 3+ years of experience with an early-stage startup.
• Strong technical and complex product problem-solving skills.
• Ownership mindset – own driving results for the mission, business, and customer experience.
• Excel in thought partnership with engineering, design, and data science.
• Experience conducting qualitative research (customer interviews) and quantitative analysis to make product decisions.
• Strong desire to work in an early-stage startup environment that is fast-paced and complex.
• Passion for helping individuals experiencing complex chronic needs such as homelessness, severe mental illness, and substance use disorder.
• Experience with digital health is a plus but not required.

Responsibilities:

• Help define the entire product roadmap in partnership with the exec team.
• Own the delivery of new products and feature improvements from start to finish.
• Conduct and use customer research and data insights to improve the product.
• Collaborate with thought partners in engineering, design, data science, and operations to discover and execute on new product opportunities.
• Set the tone for the entire product team.
