Requirements:
- Minimum 7+ years of expert-level experience in Workday tools and technologies.
- Workday module certifications preferred (e.g., WorkdayPro, HR / HCM, Integration).
- Strong interpersonal and project management skills.
- Outstanding communication and influencing skills.
- Proficiency in data analysis within Workday, including report generation.
- Leadership and team development skills.
- Deep knowledge of People processes and a passion for technology solutions.
- Data-driven approach to decision-making.
- Experience with Workday integrations, Web Services, and reporting tools.
Responsibilities:
- Lead end-to-end Workday projects, including implementation, enhancements, and process improvements across all active modules.
- Partner cross-functionally with HR, IT, Finance, and other teams to understand business needs and identify user pain points.
- Prioritize features and enhancements based on business impact, user feedback, and technical feasibility.
- Drive innovation within Workday, exploring new functionalities and integrations that align with Dropbox’s People Technology roadmap.
- Manage design, implementation, delivery, and support of integration projects using various Workday tools.
- Create, maintain, and process standard and custom reports to meet business needs.
- Work on system troubleshooting, manage severity assignments, and resolve issues.
- Investigate methods for improving automation based on market trends.
- Build and develop the Workday team, promoting best practices and technical growth.
