Requirements:
- Minimum 7+ years expert level experience in Workday tools and technologies, including integrations and reporting.
- Workday module certifications preferred (e.g., WorkdayPro, HR / HCM, Integration).
- Strong interpersonal and project management skills.
- Outstanding communication and influencing skills.
- Proficiency in data analysis within Workday, including generating and creating custom reports.
- Strong leadership and team development skills.
- Deep knowledge of People processes and best practices.
- Data-driven approach to decision-making.
Responsibilities:
- Lead end-to-end Workday projects, including implementation, enhancements, and process improvements.
- Partner with HR, IT, Finance, and other teams to understand business needs and translate them into product requirements.
- Prioritize features based on impact, feedback, and feasibility for continuous improvement.
- Drive innovation within Workday by exploring new functionalities and integrations.
- Manage integration design, implementation, delivery, and support.
- Create and maintain standard and custom reports and dashboards to meet business needs.
- Resolve day-to-day operational issues and manage system troubleshooting.
- Keep up with market trends and tool innovations.
- Coach and develop the Workday team by fostering a product-oriented mindset.
