Requirements:
- 3+ years of sales experience, preferably in K12 education or EdTech, with a proven track record.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to articulate the value of the products to educators and administrators.
- Ability to sell in person and over phone/video.
- A Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
- Experience as an educator or in a similar role is a plus.
Responsibilities:
- Drive revenue growth by engaging potential school and district customers across Northern California.
- Generate leads through connections with schools and nurturing existing relationships.
- Qualify leads based on budget, decision-making authority, needs, and timeline.
- Meet and exceed revenue targets, acquiring new school customers.
- Pitch and close deals virtually and in-person, engaging decision-makers.
- Optimize sales processes through pipeline management and activity tracking.
- Share insights with the team to improve sales strategies.
