Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree required; legal education preferred.
• 2 years of AML experience, familiarity with Intapp Open systems is an advantage.
• Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to identify and resolve complex issues.
• Confident, diplomatic, and persuasive communication skills, with the ability to present clear instructions to a global audience.
• Commercial awareness for understanding implications from legal advice and transactions.
• Methodical work approach with prioritization and deadline management skills.
• Commitment to excellent client service and professionalism.
• Ability to work effectively in a multicultural, international team environment.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct conflict checks of varying levels of complexity across sectors, practices, and geographies, including preliminary sanctions issues identification.
• Liaise with partners and teams to resolve commercial and legal conflict issues identified through conflict searches.
• Conduct AML refresh due diligence for existing clients.
• Collaborate with regions for conflict clearances globally.
• Manage complex issues related to confidential information protection, implementing information barriers, and document security.
• Review engagement letters, outside counsel terms, and contractual agreements.
• Support the team and risk management on various tasks, including client terms reviews and policy drafting.
