Requirements:

• BS or BA degree in Business, Engineering, or another applicable field.
• Two or more years of experience in energy management or relevant field.
• Hands-on experience in an industrial or commercial setting or with complex clients.
• Previous exposure to project management, coaching, and consulting.
• Strong verbal, presentation, and written communication skills.
• Interest in sustainability and passion for environmental impact.

Responsibilities:

• Lead virtual and onsite events to identify and prioritize energy reduction actions.
• Coach customer executives, energy managers/champions, and energy teams to prioritize energy management.
• Provide training focused on program development, metric tracking, energy projects, and employee engagement.
• Engage clients to review energy performance results and outputs from energy intensity models.
• Work with engineers to target and measure energy savings.
• Maintain high client satisfaction and support business development through proposals and presentations.
