Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• 5+ years of product management experience with focus on developer tools, APIs, integrations, or extensibility.
• Prior hands-on experience as a software engineer with a solid understanding of the software development lifecycle.
• Experience building API-driven platforms, custom SDKs, and developer ecosystems.
• Understanding of microservices architecture and ability to conceptualize custom micro-apps.
• Knowledge of RESTful APIs, OAuth, webhooks, and authentication/authorization models.
• Strong understanding of frontend technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) in interaction with backend APIs.
• Experience working with a variety of third-party integrations.
• Strong technical communication skills for translating requirements.
• Experience in agile development environments.
• Analytical mindset for defining and tracking KPIs for product success.
• Self-starter with a growth mindset.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with the Integrations & Extensibility team to define and execute the product roadmap for integrations, APIs, and extensibility features.
• Ensure the platform supports integrations with popular enterprise applications and enables customers to build their own integrations.
• Build frameworks that allow customers to develop their own integrations and custom micro-apps.
• Drive creation of API management solutions, SDKs, and developer portals.
• Understand customer use cases and translate them into product requirements.
• Work with engineering and design teams for technical feasibility and performance of the platform’s extensibility capabilities.
• Define key metrics to measure success and adoption of integrations and tools.
